GLOBAL LEADER OF MODULAR CONCRETE BATCH PLANTS

Since starting in 1994, Tecwill has become a global leader in the design and fabrication of high-quality modular concrete batch plants, built to reduce the carbon footprint and production costs of concrete production. Headquartered in Joensuu, Finland, Tecwill has commissioned over 300 plants for customers who share recurring challenges: aging infrastructure, rising environmental requirements, and the need to keep production running without compromise.
Tecwill's operations are based on extensive practical experience in manufacturing concrete mixing plants and continuous product development — including the Arcamix concept, self-learning AI-based dosing and weighing algorithms, the OptiMoist aggregate moisture measuring system, and the flying aggregate weighing system that saves raw materials and reduces CO2 emissions. Our modular, high-performance plants can be set up quickly and relocated while maintaining tight tolerances — pre-wired and tested before shipment.

CHALLENGES WE SOLVE

  • Aging plants located in city centers that must relocate without disrupting supply
  • Rising demand for higher capacity and faster batch cycles
  • Need for fast installation and commissioning to minimize downtime
  • Producing specialty mixes (fiber concrete, shotcrete) with consistent quality
  • Limited availability and high price of new low-carbon cementitious materials
  • Stricter environmental and carbon-emission regulations across markets
  • Fear of implementing new technologies, and lack of standardized regulations
  • Inaccurate dosing leading to cement overuse and higher emissions
RESULTS

Proven Across Hundreds of Projects

Tecwill's flying weighing system saves up to 30 kg/m³ in cement while reducing CO2 emissions in concrete production. Supplementary cementitious materials enable carbon footprint reductions of up to 70%, supporting the industry's transition to sustainable production.
Every plant is factory-tested against real operating conditions before delivery, ensuring reliable installation and commissioning. Our solutions are proven across infrastructure projects, ready-mix relocations, mining operations, and specialty concrete applications in multiple continents.
