Tecwill delivered the ARCAMIX 3.33 concrete mixing plant equipped with the "flying" frequency controlled aggregate weighing system, a BHS twin-shaft mixer with 3.33 m3 batch size and automatic high pressure washout system, devices for automatic quick scale testing, a separate recycling water scale, an HD camera system, an aggregate and water heating system and a heating container with 1.0 MW capacity.
Quality control of the concrete mixing process and the concrete itself are essential parts of each concrete manufacturer´s everyday’ s life. Quality control provides information to supervising authorities, e. g. allows to trace concrete batches and ensures that the production complies with the actual standards and with this, as far the influence of the concrete quality is concerned, the safety of concrete constructions.

The heart of a concrete mixing plant is the mixer, upgrading a mix design’s several raw materials to a product of high value: concrete.
Inaccurate measuring of aggregate moisture increases production costs
The biggest problem in connection with the concrete production is the variation in aggregate moisture and therefore it is an important task to make sure that measuring of the aggregate moisture is easy and as accurate as possible.
Fiber concrete is ready-mixed concrete reinforced with steel, polypropylene or fibreglass fibres. Fibres are added to the concrete mix during the production process, improving the properties of hardened concrete such as tensile strength, fire safety and durability.

Uninterrupted concrete production with high quality components
The basic idea behind all our products and services, regardless of the concrete plant size, is to ensure the concrete production without any interruptions or unforeseen device failures.
Installation of a modern, winter equipped concrete mixing plant does not require any special tools. The most important device on the construction site is a mobile crane, to lift the modules and equipment from a truck onto the mobile foundations. Additionally a cherry picker is required in order to attach and detach the crane hooks at an altitude of several meters.
