Tecwill delivered the ARCAMIX 3.33 concrete mixing plant equipped with the "flying" frequency controlled aggregate weighing system, a BHS twin-shaft mixer with 3.33 m3 batch size and automatic high pressure washout system, devices for automatic quick scale testing, a separate recycling water scale, an HD camera system, an aggregate and water heating system and a heating container with 1.0 MW capacity.
VMT Betoon AS is a leading Estonian company in the field of ready mix and precast concrete element production, well known for its high quality and great variety of products.
VMT Betoon AS wanted to expand its existing factory and therefore needed additional concrete mixing capacity. Various options were examined in cooperation with the customer to find out, which was the optimum solution to fulfill the actual and future requirements for the production of concrete for different purposes.
Tecwill delivered two new concrete mixing plants to Sweden, to the municipality of Sollentuna. Our customer ABT Bolagen is an environmentally-friendly company that provides various services for the construction industry. The company has versatile transport equipment, as well as own machinery for crushing aggregates and recycling of building materials. ABT Bolagen AB so far was not active in the ready-mixed concrete business, but some of its employees have a solid previous experience in the ready-mixed concrete industry.
In spring 2017 Tecwill already delivered two Arcamix 3.33 concrete mixing plants to Skanska. All new plants are located next to the shopping centre Kungens Kurva in Stockholm, along the E4 motorway and close to where a big new roundabout is going to be built. The location of the plants not only is perfect for the actual project but also allows a fast concrete delivery to a large area of South Stockholm.
The delivery consisted of a concrete mixing plant COBRA C80 equipped with Tecwill´s planetary mixer. The complete equipment package, amongst important other devices, included a quick scale calibration system, covers for the aggregate bins operated by remote control, an automatic high pressure washing system for the mixer and frequency controlled cement and aggregate dosing facilities.
Tecwill delivered the COBRA to the construction site of the Smibelg and Storåvat hydroelectric power plants in northern Norway. These power plants are going to be erected at the fjord’s coast, a location which can’t be reached by road. All transports therefore had and have to be carried out by barge from the nearest ocean port.
Kirkenes Ferdigbetong AS received the order to supply the concrete for foundations of a wind mill farm in April 2016 – only 8 weeks before the scheduled start of the project. The company immediately contacted Tecwill, knowing that their COBRA C80 mobile concrete mixing plant can be installed in a very short time and is designed for high capacity production even under tough winter conditions.
